What may be processed?

Stovissimo may process your name, company, role, business contact details, the content of your enquiry, communication records and basic website technical data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and security logs.

The information is used to:

• respond to enquiries and arrange demonstrations;
• assess product, language, document and deployment requirements;
• provide contracted services, onboarding and support;
• manage contracts, invoices and legal records;
• operate and protect the website.

Processing is based, as applicable, on pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, or consent where consent is required.

Email, telephone and WhatsApp Business

Information submitted through these channels is used to answer your request and manage any resulting business relationship.

• Email: suitable for detailed requests and project information.
• Telephone: your number and call details may be visible through telecommunications systems.
• WhatsApp Business: an optional channel processed through WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own EEA Privacy Policy.

For sensitive or document-heavy discussions, email or an agreed secure file-transfer method is preferable.

4. Service providers and transfers

Who may receive the data?

Data may be processed where necessary by hosting, email, telecommunications, messaging, website maintenance, accounting, legal or security providers, and by public authorities where disclosure is legally required.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on a recognised legal mechanism such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard.

Stovissimo does not sell personal data.

5. Retention

How long is information kept?

• Business enquiries are generally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
• Client and project records are kept for the relationship and afterwards where necessary for support, contractual records or legal claims.
• Accounting and tax records are retained for the periods required by law.
• Technical and security logs are retained only as long as needed for operation and security, subject to provider settings.

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, AZOP.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Stovissimo currently uses only cookies and similar technologies that are technically necessary for website security, administration and essential functionality.

These technologies may be used to maintain secure sessions, protect the website against malicious activity, support essential WordPress functions and allow authorised administrators to manage the website.

Strictly necessary cookies are not used for advertising, behavioural profiling or cross-site tracking and do not require prior consent where they are essential to provide or secure the website.

No advertising or behavioural tracking

Stovissimo does not currently use advertising cookies, marketing pixels or third-party behavioural tracking technologies. The website does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar audience-profiling services.

Locally hosted media

Videos and media files hosted directly on the Stovissimo website do not require visitors to connect to an external video platform such as YouTube or Vimeo solely in order to view them.

Future optional technologies

If Stovissimo later introduces optional analytics, embedded third-party services, advertising technologies or other non-essential cookies, those technologies will not be activated before the visitor has been provided with the information and choices required by applicable law.

Where consent is required, visitors will be able to accept or reject optional categories and to withdraw their consent.
