Stovissimo is not licensed by the number of users, products or generated documents. The customer acquires a permanent right to use the delivered version within the agreed commercial and technical scope.
How licensing works
A simple structure without artificial packages.
Stovissimo is not divided into Starter, Growth or Enterprise editions. The software engine is identical for every customer. Only the contractually authorised scope of use changes.
Perpetual Licence
One-time paymentA permanent right to use the delivered version of Stovissimo.
The customer retains the right to use the last validly delivered version without time limitation, even if the Continuity Plan is not renewed later.
Commercial Scope
Licensed perimeterThe licence is determined by the number of Commercial Identities covered.
A Commercial Identity may be a brand, company, OEM partner or any other identity under which documentation is produced and distributed.
Coverage Confirmation
Confirmed scopeBefore delivery, the documentary and technical scope is defined precisely.
The Coverage Confirmation lists the covered appliance families, fuels, electronic architectures, markets, document languages and Commercial Identities.
Continuity Plan
Annual optionEligibility to receive future versions published during the active Continuity Plan period.
The Continuity Plan makes the customer eligible to receive software releases, regulatory adaptations, general product improvements and corrections published during the active Continuity Plan period and applicable to the customer’s licensed scope.

The same professional documentary framework for every customer.
The value of Stovissimo does not lie in generating PDF files, but in the documentation engine, business rules, regulatory interpretations and integrated controls.
Continuity Plan
Access future versions without an artificial development promise.
The Continuity Plan may be subscribed to together with the Perpetual Licence or at a later date, under the commercial conditions then in force.
Access to future versions
EligibilityAn active plan makes the customer eligible to receive future releases published during its validity period and corresponding to the licensed scope.
Annual commitment
Monthly invoicingThe Continuity Plan is entered into for a one-year term and invoiced monthly.
Later subscription
Available at any timeA customer may join the Continuity Plan after purchasing the licence. The commercial conditions in force at the time of subscription apply.
After the plan ends
The software remains acquiredThe end of the Continuity Plan does not terminate the Perpetual Licence. The customer continues using the last delivered version, without access to future releases.

The Continuity Plan is not a bespoke development agreement. Specific requirements may be reviewed and quoted separately.

Preparing the proposal
First the scope. Then a clear proposal.
Before any delivery, the customer’s portfolio is assessed against Stovissimo’s current product coverage.
The outcome is recorded in a Coverage Confirmation, which becomes the contractual reference for the delivered licence. Any item outside the confirmed scope is clearly identified before signature.
The supply and use of Stovissimo are governed by the applicable Software Licence Agreement, General Terms and Conditions and signed Coverage Confirmation. In the event of any inconsistency, those contractual documents prevail.
