Why Stovissimo had to exist
Too much expertise was being rebuilt from scratch.
The same regulatory and product decisions were being repeated across models, brands, languages and document sets — often inside isolated files, personal notes and individual know-how.

Karolina Stander
Product Architect & Industry ConsultantKarolina Stander has built a cross-functional career spanning manufacturing, regulatory compliance, multilingual technical documentation and international trade. Born in France and based in Croatia, she works across languages, markets and disciplines.
Her career began with technical offers for copper and optical-fibre network installations, combining technical specifications, commercial proposals, costing and field operations. She then spent several years in industrial manufacturing, working on commercial development alongside factory and product certification projects before expanding into international sourcing, supply chains, multilingual documentation and regulatory compliance.
This distinctly cross-functional profile has placed her between manufacturers, laboratories, certification bodies, commercial teams and technical offices, connecting industrial stakeholders, products and documentation from Europe to China.
“For years, people consulted me about standards, regulatory interpretation and technical documentation. Together, we worked out the right decisions. Yet the same documentary puzzle kept coming back, manufacturer after manufacturer. The larger companies could sometimes afford highly tailored internal systems. Many others could not. That’s when I realised this expertise shouldn’t remain tied to one company at a time. It should become software. Local heating appliances were the natural place to start, because it’s the industry I know best.”
